Prepisode for Mark 14-16: To witness the crucifixion

It's heavy reading this week as we witness the cruel (and yet blessed) crucifixion of our Lord. As this is Thanksgiving week, I was thinking about how we call the Friday after Thanksgiving "Black Friday." Sometimes I think about what we call "Good Friday" and wonder if we shouldn't switch the adjectives for those two days. For followers of Jesus on that unbelievable day, it sure must have seemed like a Black Friday. But hold on.....Sunday is coming!
